I can log in on YahELite using any of these password characters ~`!@$%^*()_-={[}]|\:"'<,>.?/&+ but not with these two #; Thanks.

Yeah, support for reserved characters is needed. Until then, change your password to not include them.

Those two chars are usually reserved for comments or comment blocks in programming parlance.( #/; )

Close but no cigar. He said # and ; not # and  / Wink  Whilst #, // and /* */ are used as comment markers ; is more often used to indicate the end of a line.
